01 — Approach

We invest patience, then capital. In that order.

Randhawa Investments is a boutique partnership of operators who built and exited multi-million dollar businesses across nine sectors. We work with a small, deliberately curated cohort of founders each year — the ones willing to be advised, challenged, and re-shaped into investor-grade companies.

Our advisory work runs deep. Finance, marketing, people, and technology — handled by partners who have signed the front of the cheque, not just the back. When a company is ready, we open the doors to our investor circle.

02 — Practice

Four practices, run by the operators who built them.

  • Cap table strategy
  • Cash & runway
  • Investor materials
  • Board governance
II. Marketing +

Positioning that survives diligence. Brand, demand and category strategy from operators who have run the playbook themselves.

III. Human Capital +

Founder coaching, executive hiring, comp design, and the org architecture that scales without breaking culture.

  • Founder coaching
  • Exec search
  • Comp & equity
  • Org design
  • Performance
IV. Technology +

Engineering due diligence, technical strategy, AI integration, and the architecture decisions investors interrogate before they wire.

  • AI integration
  • Security posture
  • CTO advisory
03 — Process

A deliberately slow first step. Then we move quickly.

— 01

Conversation

A 60-minute exchange. We listen, you listen. We're judging fit as much as you are.

— 02

Diligence

Two weeks examining the business honestly. The kind of look you wish your investors had given you.

— 03

Engagement

A defined 90-day intervention across the practices that need it most. Outcomes are written, not hoped for.

— 04

Capital

When the fundamentals are right, we make introductions inside our investor circle. Never before.

04 — Principals

Three operators. One conversation at a time.

Manvir Randhawa

Principal — Operations & Technology

Engineering and ITES leader who has founded and exited two businesses in the IT and ITES space. Leads technical diligence on every engagement.

Harvinder Mavi

Principal — Marketing & Brand

Built consumer and B2B brands across edtech, entertainment and aviation. Founded and exited two businesses; brings an operator's eye for the line between a story and a category.

IP Singh

Principal — Finance & Capital

Two decades structuring growth capital across IT and fintech. Founded and scaled multiple businesses; now applies that experience to help founders build investor-grade companies.

06 — For Founders

Apply to be advised. Five minutes.

We accept fifteen new founder engagements per year. The application is short by design — we want to know you, not your deck.

Standard engagements are 90 days, structured as a fixed retainer plus a small equity component aligned with outcomes. Both are agreed before work begins.

05 — FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

What kind of founders do you work with?+

Coachable founders building real businesses — typically post-revenue, pre-Series B — across IT, finance, fintech, edtech, entertainment, aviation, ITES, AI and robotics. We work with twelve to fifteen new companies per year, no more.

Are you a fund?+

Randhawa Investments is a boutique advisory firm. We do not run a pooled fund. When a portfolio company is ready for capital, we make introductions inside our private investor circle. Capital is never a precondition for engagement.

What does an engagement cost?+

Standard engagements are 90 days, structured as a fixed retainer plus a small equity component aligned with outcomes. We are clear about both before we start; there are no surprises and no success-fee theatre.

How do investors get involved?+

We invite a small, accredited group of investors — operators and family offices, primarily — to review opportunities after they have completed an engagement with us. There is no public deal flow.

Where are you based?+

Our principals operate across North America and South Asia. Most engagements run remotely with quarterly in-person sessions. Founders are not required to relocate.

What does 'coachable' actually mean?+

Willing to be wrong. Willing to redo the deck, the model and the team if the work calls for it. We screen for it carefully because it is the single biggest predictor of a successful engagement.
